International Shipping & Returns
Sending to all countries is possible.
When you place your order, you can indicate "Afhalen in ons magazijn"(pick up in our warehouse).
We will then contact you regarding the transport and the costs of shipping.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive another email from us containing the Track & Trace data. Through this mail you will be redirected to the website of our logistics partner PostNL.
- Orders that we receive before 4 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day at the latest.
- Orders received after 4 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday at the latest.
Would you prefer a different delivery address?
You can always specify a delivery address other than your billing address.
When will your order be processed?
All orders are processed immediately after receipt of the payment. Our secure online payment platform works with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal or Maestro.
Are you using a transfer? Transactions from your bank to our bankaccount can take up to 3 business days.
Paying afterwards is currently not possible.
You were not present when the courier service arrived, what should you do?
The courier will come by again but will also leave a note on which you will find the information to contact them yourself.
In case of repeated absence, your parcel will be taken to a collection point in your neighbourhood. You can request information about this collection point via the note that was left in your letterbox. Here the parcel remains available for 14 days after which it is returned to the sender.

Exchange and return within Europe.
You have the right within Europe to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Thereafter you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount including possible shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
